J S Autowork (JSA) was established in 2003, being developed and inspired by its sister company “J Phiphat Autopart Industry” which mainly targeted the aftermarket clients of automotive parts since 1972. In order to respond to the growing automotive industry and evolving technology, JSA was formed specifically to serve the OEM automotive suppliers with our highest standards. Founded by the same owner and management team that has experience in the automotive industry for more than 20 years, JSA is operated under the knowledgeable and highly experienced team. We serve the OEM Tier 1 automotive suppliers mainly in Thailand with the highest quality and assurance.
JSA Manufacturing Plant is based in Rangsit area in Pathumthani province with a manufacturing area of 6,000 square meters. We are specialized in design, prototype construction, progressive die construction, stampings and assemblies. Our press machines range from 80 to 1,000 tons in both progressive line and tandem line. Using the latest technology from CAD/CAM/CAE programs, we are capable of meeting all functional and mechanical criteria. All blueprints are reviewed for accurate geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) in order to ensure manufacturing precision.
